Banabio SA uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are continually improved as new technology becomes available.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it: your name, email address and phone number, and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence. We collect this information only so we can provide you information about our product or fulfill your requirements as a customer. Therefore we do not collect sensitive information.

Nevertheless in the case of a personal data breach, in Banabio we have a web controller who has been trained to notify it to the supervisory authority competent in accordance with Article 55 of the GDPR not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it (a personal data breach that are likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals).
