Well, these do not appear to be sufficient. But… what about enjoying homemade delicatessen?
Surely most of us believe that food is the best passport to reach the real Christmas spirit. Gathering around a table to savor a great meal or cooking at home with kids are among the most beloved traditions at Christmas. And we bananas want to contribute to this esteemed meaning of Christmas.
We want everyone to participate and succeed. Therefore, in this recipe, all at home, from the youngest to the oldest, can cook. Below you will discover a simple and delicious recipe that is suitable even for beginners.
As said, we bananas are ready to plunge into the Christmas atmosphere. And we will do it as the main ingredient. Banana Christmas Cookies!

Ingredients:
150 g Banana Flour
120 g Sugar
80 g Butter
1 Egg
Cinnamon added to taste
A pinch of Salt
Steps:
1st Break up the butter into small cubes, place them in a bowl and add the banana flour, the cinnamon and the sugar. Blend everything until sandy mixture with a homogeneous color.
2nd Then add the egg and the salt. Mix and knead the dough until you get a ball.
3rd Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4th When ready to bake, place the dough over a clean surface and roll it out until obtaining a sheet about half a centimeter thick.
5th Use a cookie cutter (we have used a heart shaped cookie cutter, but you can also cut the cookies simply using a glass) and transfer the biscuits to a baking tray lined with baking parchment. With the leftover dough repeat the previous step.
6th Preheat the oven to 170º and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. When you
